We are thrilled to have Matthew Blume on to co-host this episode of Running trivia. Matthew Blume was the fastest runner from Illinois to complete the Chicago Marathon in 2014 with a time of 2:20:28. He completed the Berlin Marathon in 2:18:54 which was fast enough to let qualify him to be part of the US Olympic Trials. He wrote this episode all about running and can you answer questions like:
